Staff
Higgins Academy is registered with Australian Irish Dancing Associtation and CLRG
All staff over 18 years hold valid Working with Children Check
Junior / assistant teachers are supervised at all times.
Enrolment
Enrolment to Higgins Academy is for a full calendar year.
Enrolment is via the "Class Manager" portal. Please ensure all details are up to date.
Enrolment will roll over each term.
Any changes to enrolement status or classes must be in writting to higgins.academy @icloud.com prioir to the commenment of each term. No refund will be given for change of mind during the term.
Any medical conditions or action plans should be communicated to Higgins Academy via Class Manager or in wirtting.
Fees
Fees are invoiced each term via class manager account.
Fees are payable in full due 7 days after the invoice
Payment plans must be requested in wirtting to higgins.academy@icloud.com
An annual registration fee is payable on enrolment of $40.00 per dancer​

30 minute class $15.00
45 minute class $20.00
60 minute class $23.00
2 hour class $30.00
5% discount for sibling
Term cap $1800 per student
Competition
Higgins academy are registered with AIDA NSW, AIDA Inc and CLRG.
Dancers wishing to enter AIDA or CLRG compeitions must be a registered dancer with AIDA. This fee is paid directly to AIDA.
All compeition fees must be paid in full at the time of entry.
Dancers competing in Higgins Academy State and National Ceili (team) events must commit to ceili classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Any dancer unable to comit may void a postiion with a team.
Absence / class cancellation
In the event that a class is cancelled Higgins Academy will refund / credit the class to your account.
Absences on part of the student will not be refunded.
Make up clses are availble to a maximun of 2 classes per term at the discretion of the teacher. Arrangements to attend a make up class must be requested in writting to higgins.academy@icloud.com

Studio environment is to be kept clean and tidy at all times. ​
